INGRÉDIENTS

1 tasse (250 ml) de fusillis de blé entier ou Smart
1 conserve (540 ml) de pois chiches ou haricots blancs ou rouges, bien rincée
200 g de fromage Feta allégé, rincé et émietté
1 tasse (250 ml) de tomates, coupées en dés
1 tasse (250 ml) de concombre, coupé en dés
1 tasse (250 ml) de poivron, coupé en dés
1/2 tasse (125 ml) d’olives noires, dénoyautées et tranchées (facultatif)
2 oignons verts ou ¼ tasse d’oignon rouge, hachés
¼ tasse (60 ml) de persil frais haché (facultatif)

VINAIGRETTE

1/3 tasse (80 ml) d’huile d’olive
¼ tasse (60 ml) de jus de citron
1 c. à soupe (15 ml) d’origan séché
1 gousse d’ail, finement hachée

PRÉPARATION

1. Faire cuire les pâtes selon les directives de l’emballage, égoutter et mettre au réfrigérateur pendant le reste de la préparation.

2. Mélanger le reste des ingrédients dans un grand bol et fouetter la vinaigrette dans un petit bol ou dans un pot mason bien fermé.

3. Ajouter les pâtes et la vinaigrette dans le grand bol et bien mélanger. Rectifier l’assaisonnement au besoin.
